They need to spend it - get a partner and build a refinery. Yeah they have POSCO but get into Europe or build a refinery in Kwinana. WA is starting to get a workforce that knows how to make Lithium Hydroxide and I'd put good money on it we will do it better than anywhere else in the world. All this China is cheap talk - you get what you pay for, check out the number of BYD cars that have issues.
Move Calix along get it done for goodness sake it's been talk talk talk for so long on this front with no action. The money is there yes it's a technology risk but one worth taking
