I think I'm trying to see if this section has any impact, although I am not savy at all with our current coporate tax or any tax laws for that matter. I know they're targeting global company's here, but if PLS aquires some overseas assets, they would technically be headquartered here. So does this top up tax apply? I think not as they would already be paying over the 15% tax rate already with our normal company tax rate? So no need to top up. I think I answered my own question but I will let someone smarter alleviate the concerns!
