The AKE & Livent merger highlights one thing namely the higher valuations of the USA exchanges.
I thought that the appointment of Luke Bortoli as CFO was unusual in that he is not a mining guy, however he does have extensive experience in US capital markets and no doubt a strong knowledge of US accounting standards. If PLS wants to be a global industry leader, this probably means some transaction tied to listing in the USA and if so a very positive impact on company valuation. This board and management team are very switched on and the next few months they will no doubt demonstrate this.
