an oddly written article that one as it jumps around from locality to locality. makes it sound like the plant is at the mine-site.
anyhoo, long been a fan of south-east spod but fully accept the northern spod holds all the cards at the moment.
i do hope that the plant can get done so WA can get some benefit.
