They're just betting on a negative US debt ceiling outcome. If they are right it might be a great opportunity to buy more PLS at bargain basement prices in the knowledge that it will be resolved within a week. And if they are wrong, we will watch with glee as our enemies charred remains float passed down the river of failed shorts.
