MS, maybe it is a slightly different scenario related to the debt ceiling.
The shorters might be thinking that as part of some negotiation related to the
debt ceiling the two parties will agree to some reductions in the subsidies related
to electric cars. Just a thought. It was nice to see an 8 million share reduction of
the outstanding short position reported today.
