A disappointing end to trading today and makes me wonder how the sales re pricing is going. There has been a bit of a recovery to lithium prices recently and I noticed CXO shipped off cargo, one delivery of 3,500 tonne and another of 15,000 tonne in March and April which is before it started to recover. The sales of 5.6% Spod on rough figures look to have been sold at $4800-$5000 USD per tonne which to me seems probably a bit better than I would expect and I think leave PLS close to looking at about $900m for this quarter that’s about to end.
In regards to our under achievement today, could be that PLS is positioning itself for acquisitions and until terms of what premiums they may pay the jury is out and on watch and see before making decisions on what value the market will determine it to be.
