Great article thanks for posting.
unfortunately Australia has been giving away raw materials since we were following sheep around with a stick.
I for one can't see any concerted effort of gov to lead a manufacturing/value adding revolution anytime soon.
I expect us to miss the boat.......again!! Its a shame.
