Time to repeat my favoured scenario.
PLS & LTR SHOULD MERGE.
Surely the current and projected comparative values of both companies can be reasonably determined and a deal agreed upon. The value of the synergy realised by a merger would be significant. Much better than foreign companies pitching in lowball takeover offers and possibly eventually succeeding with stealth.
A merger ( vs a foreign Co. takeover of either company ) could be deemed to be in the National Interest and the Government could toss in some form of sweetener to consummate it.
Lets get our Lithium Industry rock solid before looking at the garden beds Canada.
