Penny stocks usually have billions on shares on issues as PLS has 3 billions on issue, but this is only part of the story. PLS has a high MC and is producing cash and lots of it. So yes PLS is not a penny stock. Another stock I own is S32 has over 4 billion shares on issue, hardly a penny stock. Poor analogy really.
