the company's share register has a group of shareholders classified as owning a "non marketable parcel".
usually on ASX this parcel is $500 or less. I cannot put an oder like this (unless it is my total holding). Yet the market manipulators can do this at will - in fact they can even use price points of fractions of one cent that I cannot do.
Two rules: one for retail and the other for beot.
