I must say Roy, I was tempted in low 540’s today with my play account (better half’s EV account), to take some profit. A bit greedy waiting for a test at ATH.
New tax year and no income yet. CGT on a property sale booked in previous year. Outside super sell split between two, bugger all tax and held for > 12 months.
SMSF, no chance the maggots get a shot at those even though the shares in pension phase attract no tax. 10% on the accumulation portion.
They did encourage us, many moons ago to put away for retirement. That I did and thank you very much PLS.
