I received a call from my youngest son late morning, who is in the market to buy his 1st property. He asked should he sell his PLS, though reluctant. We went through a few scenarios wrt minimising tax, etc, which meant not selling all, but at end of day, conclusion was to sell all near todays high and be able to place substantial deposit on his 1st home.
I just texted him to congratulate him on a 1,012% gain, given the shenanigans we have witnessed since 2018. He's a good lad, smart and has ears.
