Cynic that I am (or perhaps it's the COVID fever at work), I'm thinking it's more like wishful thinking (perhaps good ol' 'manipulation') in trying to help their new 'mates' and 'friends' get lithium on the cheap for all their battery factories and car manufacturing plants..... back under the blankets for me
