I have tried to find some.more.details on the option to increase to 30% ownership of the posco JV to see if that had any price adjustment mechanism or was a.simple built cost share.
in either case that should be a fairly simple.calculation for pls to rank based in benefits, e.g. expansion>JV increase> new JV> dividends
