And I never really understood the KB factor anyways:
1. KB left us as CEO. In any takeover for Patriot it would see their board likely dissolved and one or perhaps two of them getting board positions with PLS. Doubt KB would opt to going from being the boss to being second to umpteenth fiddle to Dale.
2. KB does technically still work for PLS as he still assists in managing the POSCO JV.
