I do NOT support 'the voice'. I certainly think there is a place for such action in the Parliament for a term, until it is decided the indigenous peoples' position no longer needs special help - but to put it in the constitution implies we have a group of people in Australia that will always need help. That is wrong, the indigenous people are no less capable than other Australians, but they do have a short term disadvantage.
Further, it would also make Australia the only country in the world with a racist constitution implying the indigenous people will always need help (ie, implying they are an inferior race). Why would we do this?
