That price quoted is the China Spot price. Only a very small percentage of SC that is sold, is sold through that paticular market. PLS sell most through long term contracts for a price significantly higher than China Spot.
so it's totally misleading for people to talk down price or demand by quoting the China Spot.
Joe Lowry often says.. there is no such thing as a single price for lithium.
