isn’t this is idea behind JORC, quarterly ops and half yearly accounts that companies must provide after being third party audited?
From there you can formulate your own profit calculations using this information and then add in assumptions. We all get the same info….. legally.
LTH can brag if they choose to but as we all know all the calculations in the world didn’t get us out of the poo in 2020. It was some luck and good loan decisions.
I have not known one person to lose out on PLS after seeing the fundamentals.
