MIN would be up for over $1B to get Calix. CE has an obvious, high opinion of their talents. Taking on a green technology company doesn’t really fit with MIN’s core assets, especially gas. CE is about money, not saving the planet. Would he TO Calix just to get IP for the vertical kiln and sell off the remainder. It really is spreading their wings too much IMO.
