Looked at the Esperance port data for April/ May/ June, Minerals shipped type is not broken down in the summary page. If the shipments were made earlier in the quarter, the price would have been higher as it deteriorated as the quarter progressed. They only shipped 46787t so that could have gone earlier in two shipments. The finer details of shipping are not known so it is difficult to ascertain if this is the reason.
We know PLS shipped a few big loads towards the end of quarter when the price had deteriorated. Three ships loaded in June for approx' 90-100 DMT.
