A sad day indeed.
Great Britain accounts for about 1% of the worlds carbon dioxide output.
Which means the emissions from their private vehicles would be zero-point-zero-something of a percent.
So their forced adoption of EVs will literally have no impact on the environment, but cause disruption and hardship for their people.
