Agee Bob, though 109mt is the large relative to most of the Canada plays, as good start, per dfs1. Yep, decent cap atm, how will it fare from here, orphan period and all the jive, could get much cheaper, and I'm sure with their current partnering process, any partner would want to participate at a lower cap, manage risk, given permitting time lines, etc.
