I dont need to look at ato website i practise it everyday. When you have a liability of this size you dont have choice the ato would demand monthly instalment. After pls lodge the first return r53elating to fy22 the ato would have determine their fy23 instalment rate and from there pls have to pay at that rateevery month.
when they lodge their final return, here i assume their fy is 30 june 2023 being an au company they would have to pay/ receive any over/ under tax maybe that is what they mean by paying in Dec?
Ato would never allow a coy to not pay tax of $653m until Dec. Common sense would tell that too.
