Dale Henderson has called for clarity on WA Heriage Act. I said the Act could impact miners. If the premise is that current Aborigines own the land its not far fetched for them to argue that half the profits should be theirs. I say again, If I wad an investor, especially from overseas, I would not invest in Australia.
