PLS are certainly in the limelight atm, haven't put a foot wrong for over 2 years. I believe, buy in for midstream processing will gain solid momentum sooner than many expect, especially as MIN has seen the light and is also travelling down a similar path.
Midstream will take time, however it should already be informing other non-producing upstream projects where the spod processing is heading, thus as you say, increasing costs and complexity is a given, its definitely a chemical business, not a commodity business.
