CXO management have screwed investors, why did they not announce the CR at same time they announced lower production, plant issues (recoveries), etc so the investor could bail then at a higher sp. The ~30% discount under the CR is telling, a real cause for concern, as placements/strategic investment in many players over the past few months has been at a premium.
CXO has not seen any M&A approaches from the sector, again telling. Apologies to CXO holders, it does not look promising. AIMO, not advise, please DYOR
