What is a fair PE for pls?Currently Max production is 600000.
Max price is 1250 per tonne (but realistically 750-1000)
Thats about 500m after costs. With fairly generous numbers.
At todays mc of 7b... Pe of 14-15.I remember hearing 10-15 was normal for a producing miner.
This would suggest we are approaching the top... Upside potential in posco, tant and further appreciation in lithium price (although I've used 1250 for all sales).
Would be keen to see other ppls calculations.
