Imagine you are a new investor with cash, you look at PLS, foundamentals look interesting but wait no capital gain at all for last 12 months. Would you buy it now? Oh yes it's undervalued and manipulated blah blah, but who knows when that situation will change? What if it's stuck where it is for another 5 years? You would hold your hard earned cash until that's not the case any more right?

As a public listed company, returning values to shareholders is as important as growing the business. Otherwise, how do you attract new investors? And when no one wants to invest in your business, what will happen?

PLS should initiate a meaningful long term share back plan asap.
