Stated in the FY announcement divy payout was 30% for both divies.
I believe it will be a transitional year also.
I would have to check but I believe there are restrictions on what a company can do with buy backs. There could be number restrictions (I would have to check - I don't get into this stuff normally and I'm travelling at the moment) and I think there are price restrictions - like a range. These things are probably in place to stop companies running the SP up quickly in a day or two. Glad to be corrected if wrong. Will read CBA's BB last year when I get home next week. Cheers
