I use Comsec, if you look under course of sales each morning, you will note any trades that have occurred before opening, they will have a status beside them, indicating if exercised call (EC) exercised put (EP) , the quantity is usually higher on Friday mornings than other mornings as options expiry occurs on Thursday's. American style options can be exercised on any day, however, European style can only be exercised upon expiry.
