have been banging on about PLS & LTR joining forces for some time.
get shouted down with we don’t need to buy any more resource.
IMO it’s about what’s best in the National interest and playing the game of business chess.
PLS is joining the elite band of chemical producers via the POSCO JV and whatever the current “open to offers “ for further JV’s comes up with.
A United PLS/LTR company would frustrate Albemarle no end and potentially become a major player in the Chemical Producers arena.
