Youve repeated back to me what I just said. I will try this one more time, hopefully you'll understand if I use your figures.
You will not get back a $14M MC in over 5yrs as the company cannot pay out $2.4B every year for 5yrs as it does not satisfy the CMF which is 30% of fcfs. By doing this calc you never get $2.4B in fcfs. Again, this explains your apparent valuation gap.
