Isn't it most likely that lithium processors and buyers are suppressing the price by resisting restocking until they have locked in cheap long term pricing, then they will rush to restock at those cheaper prices and the spot price will be crazy high all of a sudden. this seems to match what was seen with the low contracts but very very high bmx pricing a little while ago. thoughts?
