$2.49 per litre where I live. It has always been 40c ish more than most places. This is not BS. Next fill Ill sneak a photo.
Macro environment seems less expansive recently but slowdown in spending doesnt seem to have slowed down any around me. Prices still robust and higher yoy in most establishments. Higher rates are to be expected imo - Im a big believer in those lending $$$ should get a reasonable return for that risk. Those borrowing need to be assessed and insured against for risk. These basic things went out the window almost 20 years ago. The end result tho could be that the top 20% now have so much squirrelled away that costs of living and debt costs for them wont affect their spending collectively and support PCE data even as 80% are feeling the pinch.
With regards to PLS, the Li reqd always goes to the top end and will trickle down to become available for all in some form of energy storage. Its early days yet and their product and knowledge base is hard to beat for me.
