Don't understand the need to comment on a rating release by Citi. Citi is a self consumed brokerage whose employees have been bagging the Bejesus out of PLS for some time in collaboration with other big firms to drive the SP down.
They have accomplished this and bought back in at the low, so logically, they are now telling the world PLS is the best thing since sliced bread.
Concentration should only be given to our solid fundamentals and inevitable sharp increase in our commodity price.
Hold the faith, ignore the white noise, and reap the rewards of informed patience.
