That was always the case To block ALB !! LTR back to where they started around 2.30 !! LTR have many hurdles to jump before production.. it’s not always smooth sailing to production at lease PLS is producing and already overcome those shortcomings and we still at $4.00 !!
Good example is CXO.. many issues before/after production and SP reflect that.. go figure
