not last gasp. Big oil pivots to become Big Energy...it's all about the electron now. Shell have almost totally vertically integrated their gas production into power generation through their acquisition of ERM, they only need grid infrastructure to be an end-to-end provider. Funnily enough, AGL is going to be split out into retail and generation...Shell also own Sonnen in Australia, one of the bigger battery producers.
