They banned DSO. Chinese companies have moved in, purchasing the Arcadia mine from Aussie company PSC and a couple of other mines are in construction also. Will all the new plants be at nameplate by the end of the year? Potentially 1Mt of SC from Zimbabwe coming in the next couple of years. Still not enough.
