The BOD will not recommend a sell 30-40% above current SP, IMO. They are in a much better position to judge the prospects of this company than some snotty nosed FIBO analysts with an agenda.
Dale and Ken before him, have always thanked LT retail shareholders for our unwavering support during the Lithium bad times. I have absolutely no doubt that a low ball offer like that wouldn’t even garner a serious response from them. If it was a double digit $ offer, that may get their attention.
