The SP has already shown the potential for $5.40ish - it is totally unrealistic to consider that any offer lower, plus a substantial premium, would be entertained by most LT holders here, let alone the Company BOD.
PLS potential is multiples of it's current MC/SP and in due course shall return to SH appropriately.
A T/O at anywhere near current SP level would meet with considerable resistance.
