Thank you for your considered reply, but I have seen time and time again primising stocks snapped up at 100% premium and holders vote YES. PLS might be too big to take over at this point, but I do agree with some of your advices on future value for the stock should lithium prices improve. Large investors locking in 100% profit right now with a $7 takeover, I don't see how they would say no, but happy to listen to other advices that may disagree.
