The T/O process could take a few weeks even a couple of months. T/O company and PLS come to an agreement on price - announcement to the market. T/o comp to look at PLS books. Originally conditions would be applied by T/O comp - PLS would have an independent report done to say it is a fair and reasonable price. Other companies could make counter offers. In the end PLS could/would recommend shareholders accept an offer. When/if the T/o comp has enough shares or feels comfortable it could/would drop all conditions . If T/O comp receives 90%+ acceptances they can acquire the rest by compulsory acquiring the rest. A brief summary - may have missed a thing or ten.
