Nope, it will need a fundamental change regards of a new architecture of vehicle design, a different manufacturing layout and a total different supplier chain.
Plus a decent job cut, get rid of dealership etc. which will benefits car price cut, but painful for legacy car makers.
Tesla is built from scratch.
With regards of PLS participant, it is the supplier chain side of things, and car makers throw money into raw material is relatively new. And you would not be surprised who is consulting them making decisions.
