Because of your ex premier - the state is broke and bucket loads of vics are heading north. A new subdivision (80 lots) where I live was sold out just after they started doing the earthworks - 5 months ago. After they finish them, then 100 more lots. Can't subdivide quick enough up here.
And it is the media with all the BS about people doing it tuff. Wonder what they would say if we had 10% interest rates and unemployment at 6-8%.
