I know a lot of Vic's that are taking advantage of the high real estate prices and selling up and moving north with their bin loads of cash.
In saying that a large town on the border near where I live also can't sub divide quick enough. Lots bought whilst the sub division exists on paper only.
There are people though who are in the shit with large borrowings that interest rates are going to break.
