I disagree with this idea. We have over 50 year mine life and plenty of spod in the ground. We're also still making decent profits at current prices, it's not like we're selling at a loss.
Keep pumping out the $ and maintain good relationships with customers. Meanwhile we'll get to P680 then P1000 with Posco and Calix (then who knows what further expansions).
I'd be supportive of an opportunistic acquisition (like Altura) along the way, but only if it's an absolute steal as we have plenty of spod already.
The prices will correct themselves in time and PLS is going to be perfectly positioned with production and customer base to cash in. We could also revive the BMX platform at that stage.
