Cartelization is the first step, but right now, there isn't any meaningful conversion capacity out side of China, its coming, but need patience, in the meantime, its still a China only story, and China know it.
They'll screw African nations to drive down the price, which then screws Oz company's and the broader economy of tax revenue, its all about China, need to accept that they don't give a rats.
So how does Australian mines compete in such an environment? No...
