LTR has a great resource, so far unexploited. They have no cash flow and need to raise capital over the next year in order to bring a product to market. They have no track record of sales or negotiation skills. PLS have an income producing resource with a track record of sales and ensured future sales, a BOD that is grounded and lot's of cash in the bank. Billion dollar shorters may hover for six months or more but sooner or later, the fundamentals of PLS will prevail
