With all due respect, if you'd listened to the Chairman's address at the recent AGM he did say that he and Dale were heading to South Korea at the weekend for the opening ceremony. That was a good enough announcement for me.
Then if you'd listened to Dale's presentation he mentioned it as well.
Dale then went on to labour the point about how good it was for PLS to be associated with South Korea, even mentioning that the potential new partnership would be a POSCO like arrangement for the 'spare' 300,000t. IMO, don't be surprised by a POSCO/PLS/LG/KIA/?? partnership.
